We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, enabling them to effectively communicate our brand message and foster community engagement.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations relevant to the brand.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.
Skills
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
